Slow Yourself down.

Meditation is a cure all.

It is the miracle elixir and will solve every problem you think you have. It solves all global problems, too. For it is in the quiet reflection of meditation that we allow our selves to slowing down. In the slowing down, we can see our thoughts - our problems come through as a thought. We can ask questions of this thought - is this true? Is this undeniably true?

The answer is probably NO.

A 10-minute meditation is bullshit.

Will it calm you down? Yes. But so will breathing slowly. And so will going for a walk.

  • Body scan.

    Moving from the top of your head to your toes

  • Breathe into it.

    Your only job is to breathe into every physical sensation that is created from thought.

  • Be consistent.

    Every day.

 

Things I changed through meditation:

. I am never offended by anything anyone says

. I don’t hate, dislike or judge republicans

. I do not tolerate self-negativity, self-hate or self-judgement

. I never argue with my husband or others

. I am able to calmly respond to all people

. I have no fear

. I no longer feel “too busy to do…”

. I do not feel the press of time

. I do not worry about money.

. I do not have anxiety about the future

. I love myself

If someone told you there was a way to have everything you’d ever hoped for and live the life of your dreams, would you believe them? If you don’t believe in miracles, this website is not for you.

If you DO believe in miracles, meditation is the pathway to manifesting them. It’s that easy.

And it’s that hard.
